Gary Neville spent his entire playing career at Manchester United, making 602 appearances between 1992 and 2011 and captaining the club for five years. A member of the Class of 92, he won eight Premier League titles, three FA Cups and two Champions Leagues, and earned 85 England caps across three World Cups.

After retiring he served as England assistant manager and head coach of Valencia, and became a prominent Sky Sports pundit. He founded The Overlap, a sports media business whose YouTube channel has 1.6 million subscribers; in January 2026 Global took a majority stake, with Neville co-chairing the new Overlap Network. He was a guest Dragon on Dragons’ Den in 2024 and entered the Premier League Hall of Fame in 2025.

His business interests centre on Manchester. With Ryan Giggs he opened the 133-bedroom Hotel Football opposite Old Trafford in 2015, followed by the Stock Exchange Hotel. As a director of Relentless Developments he is leading the £400 million St Michael’s scheme with KKR and Salboy, including a W hotel due in 2027. He co-founded University Academy 92 and has co-owned Salford City since 2014; in May 2025 he and David Beckham led a new ownership group targeting the Championship within five years.

He speaks on leadership, building winning cultures and the transition from sport to business.
