Jez Rose has spent more than two decades exploring one question: how do we live and work with greater meaning?

For 22 years, that question took him across the world as a speaker and writer. But after an ambitious move to the United States went unexpectedly wrong - a chapter that almost cost him everything - Jez found himself standing at the edge of what came next. “I’d spent so long helping others change,” he says, “I’d forgotten to ask what needed to change in me.”

So, in 2025, he did the unthinkable: he pressed reset, not as a concept, but as a way of life. He sold almost everything he owned, returned to England, and began working with clay. What began as a quiet experiment to help him reset ultimately became FOUND: a ceramics studio dedicated to exploring the beauty in imperfection.

Today, the RESET philosophy underpins everything Jez creates and teaches. Jez’s ceramic pieces are unique, salt-fired functional art in porcelain and stoneware, each an expression of that same philosophy: of transformation, impermanence, and balance.

Today, Jez divides his time between creating limited- edition collections for FOUND, continuing to write (his next book publishes in 2026), and giving keynote talks that explore reinvention, creativity, and the power of pressing reset.
